TOPREALESTATE is built into S.O.L.D. v6 for rapid website/portal information updating using industry standard XML data feeds and no requirements of a 3rd party aggregator. Many portals are supported including RealEstate [REA], Domain, OntheHouse, Agentpoint, Allhomes, HomesGuide, Yourproperty, RealestateGuide, CommercialRealestate, HomeHound, HomeSales, HomesGuide, AU1, MillionPLUS, PortPlus, PRDcorporate to name a few. Smart technology in SOLD knows if data has changed and whether to upload and TopRealestate has smart technology whether the changes should be sent. TopRealestate is part of the standard SOLD license which means it is FREE for Sold users. For separate website, custom portals an upload fee will apply.
