RENTALZ is a service built into Sherlock Trust Manager. Rentalz delivers the XML feeds to major portals and handles offsite backups and calendar synchronization for holiday properties. It also provides the front desk reports for property availability. Rentalz is efficient and simple to use and is included in the standard Sherlock licensing model, no more to pay. Set the Rentalz offsite backup frequency in Sherlock and your last 10 backups are maintained automatically. This feature has saved many clients from data loss due to a failure in their own backup systems. Remember Rentalz services are FREE in your Sherlock standard licensing which was originally a separate $44 p/m fee. To use Rentalz simply link your property photos, text, pricing, address details for each property and click UPLOAD. Rentalz technology has the smarts to not send the photos again unless they have changed. XML data is not send again unless it has changed. For holiday properties the latest calendar and pricing data is also managed by Rentalz in the same upload.
