 By using the Sherlock software developed "Inspector Sherlock" programs on a PALM or POCKET/PC - CE devices the Sherlock system can export and import, Property Management inspection data. That is you set the date for Inspections and then export the information to your HandHeld device. In the field you "update the information" and then return the portable device back to the office / cradle and the information is updated / uploaded in the Sherlock system. You then produce the Inspection documentation for Agent and Tenant and Owner from this data. You can produce INCOMING and OUTGOING and PERIOD inspection information. Saves time and money. You can even add or delete rooms and other details to customise the reports. Saves lots of paper over other systems. (Image shown PALM version)
