The ability to reconcile your Bank to your Trust System is critical and the Sherlock system delivers in this area. You can reconcile either before or after and End of Month. You can even reconcile each day which is quite common for larger sites. Sherlock supplies an easy to use interface to TICK OFF presented Cheques and/or EFT payments and on screen viewing of these reports.. You can preview / print your UNPRESENTED CHEQUES and your BANK RECONCILIATION and this can be for a SINGLE trust where Sales and Rentals are together or a SPLIT trust where you have separate bank reconciliations as well as Sales Only system where there is no Rent Trust.
