We have built in Mail Merge data exports to typically WORD and EXCEL but these could also be used for STAR OFFICE or WORD PERFECT and even others. We supply a host of Standard letters or you could use your own and link them to our Mail Merge files. You can merge to the RTA (Residential Tenants Agreement) or Water Invoices / Letters. In the Sales section use mail merges to produce the letters to Vendor and Purchasers Solicitors, Sales Advice and Tax Invoice to name a few.
