The Sherlock program can be configured as a Residential and Commercial system or a Residential or even just Commercial system. You can have Holiday only system or have a mixture of Residential, Holiday and Commercial system. You can also have a Sales System in combination which can have 2 separate trusts (SPLIT TRUST SYSTEM) or a Single trust where the Rental and Sales trust monies are deposited together. The good news is the same program can do all of this as required without you having to buy a new system. Just tell us what you want to do. The program is even smart enough that when running a Statement Run to produce an Owner Statement and a Creditor Remittance or even a Vendor statement... all by itself..
