 Inbuilt to the Sherlock system is the RentalzPDF creation technology which means you do not need to buy or license a PDF creator for your machines for Sherlock receipts and Statements. To buy licenses for a typical PDF driver for each of your machines would cost you a small fortune, but our competitors expect you to do that. You can set up your Tenants and Owners and Holiday Bookings and Creditors who have an Email Address and the option of receiving a PDF emails of their receipts. A normal receipt is still printed but the cost of you mailing it out is removed. The Sherlock system has a PDF wizard system that will send these PDF's via any terminal on the Network with email access. The Sherlock produced PDF's are also typically 6 TIMES smaller than normal PDF's via the RentalzPDF technology built into the Sherlock Trust Accounting system. This took us 12 months to write alone. A typically sherlock PDF receipt is around 5k and a Statement around 6-8k.
