 The manager or Senior Property Manager can lock down the system and set each user with the settings for Printers and Diary and Mail merge paths. Also used to customise each user and either give or remove access to certain features and set their Email address. You could even create a TUTOR or STUDENT login so a person may practise with out harming the main database area. A new employee can be locked down to specific tasks and only use those features of the program set by the Administrator. The system design allows if an End of Month is performed from say a Remote location that the data will 'Automatically' be reconfigured for the remote printers without compromising the security settings by the manager who does grant access to the external person. If this user has a PALM or POCKETPC/CE device you can set the data output type or even the Portfolio for them.
