With ArchiveHUB you can manage all of your incoming documents by printing or scanning them to ArchiveHUB. Invoices, Letters, Emails, Reports, Leases, Notices, all can be sent to ArchiveHUB for future retrieval. Once in ArchiveHUB you can assign those documents to the relevant owner/property/tenant. Owner Statements, Creditor Statements, End of Month Financial Reports that are printed out of Sherlock Trust ManagerTM to ArchiveHUB are automatically assigned to the correct groups within ArchiveHUB saving you time. All documents in ArchiveHUB can be searched, viewed, printed or emailed fast and efficiently at any time.
