Sherlock ONTRAK.RX is licensed to ESSILOR the largest optometry group in the world as an automated secure order placement system for stock and grind lens. Orders are placed by 1000's of optometrists and smaller group of manufacturing labs for automated processing. Specialist sub sites are used by QANTAS, RIOTINTO, ERGON ENERGY to name a few. The system can track where all existing orders are in the manufacturing process with up to 15,000 jobs being processed in certain periods and link protocols to process cycles. The SHERLOCK.OSA and SHERLOCK.RXSG systems communicate directly with Laboratory systems in Adelaide, Singapore, Melbourne, Sydney andIndia to the current quality control status. The goods when close to dispatch time can send an SMS prior to delivering and also direct debit the optometrist account or process via Credit Card before goods are dispatched. This streamlines the whole process from client via Optician to the manufacturer and goods set to Optician for the client fitting. The manufacture does not have to wait to be paid, the Optician knows the status of all orders, whether manufactured in Australian, NZ or India.
